Maple & Coconut Granola

Details
  • Prep time – 10 min
  • Cook Time – 30 min
  • Makes – 6 cups

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/8 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

METHOD
  • Step 1 - Preheat oven to 180C. Combine oats, almonds, both kinds of coconut, coconut oil, maple syrup. Add the brown sugar and stir to combine.
  • Step 2 - Sprinkle with salt and spread evenly on a large baking sheet.
  • Step 3 - Bake for 25-30mins. Move granola around every 10mins or so.
  • Step 4 - Remove and let cool. The granola will last up to 2 weeks in an air tight container.
