Crispy Coconut Waffles

  • Serves – 4

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tbs coconut oil
  • 1 large egg

  • Step 1 - Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Whisk together the melted coconut oil, coconut milk and egg separately.
  • Step 2 - Add wet ingredients to dry, stirring until just combined. Preheat your waffle pan.
  • Step 3 - Grease the pan and pour batter in. Cook until the waffles are golden brown and crispy.
